Sulfurized Isobutylene EP Additive

Sulfurized Isobutylene EP Additive is a high‑sulfur extreme‑pressure anti‑wear single agent for lubricants. It provides excellent load‑carrying capacity and shock‑load protection under heavy‑duty operating conditions.

It possesses good oil‑solubility in mineral base oils and favorable compatibility with phosphorus‑containing additives, with moderate copper corrosion property. A sulfur‑rich protective film will be formed on metal contact surfaces, effectively lowering friction and preventing scuffing under high‑pressure service.

This additive is extensively applied in formulating automotive and industrial gear oils, metal‑working fluids, as well as extreme‑pressure greases.

We provide industrial‑grade Sulfurized Isobutylene with stable sulfur content to satisfy diverse formulation requirements.
