Sulfurized Lard EP Additive is a sulfur‑containing extreme‑pressure additive derived from animal fat. It delivers excellent load‑carrying and anti‑wear performance under heavy machining conditions. It features good oil‑solubility and base‑oil compatibility.

This additive is widely used in heavy‑duty cutting oil, stamping oil and drawing‑oil formulations for ferrous metal processing. Note that it may cause discoloration to copper and copper‑alloy materials

Application & Compatibility

Recommended for heavy‑duty cutting oil, stamping oil and drawing oil for ferrous metal working. Compatible with paraffinic and naphthenic mineral base oils. Good compounding performance with other sulfur‑based EP additives and rust inhibitors.

Not suitable for formulas requiring copper‑alloy corrosion protection.
