Phosphate Ester Aluminum Inhibitor

Phosphate ester aluminum inhibitor is a professional water‑based additive, mainly used to prevent discoloration and corrosion of aluminum alloy and non‑ferrous metals in metalworking fluids. It forms a compact protective film on the metal surface, effectively solving common problems such as aluminum whitening, blackening and spot corrosion during cutting, grinding and stamping. It offers stable performance in hard‑water systems, and has good miscibility with emulsifiers, rust inhibitors and other common additives in formula.

Application & Compatibility

It is widely applied in emulsion, semi‑synthetic and fully‑synthetic aluminum working fluids, including aluminum cutting fluid, grinding fluid, stamping fluid and rolling fluid. This additive shows excellent compatibility with most rust inhibitors, emulsifiers and auxiliary extreme‑pressure additives, and will not cause precipitation or stratification in a reasonable formula system.
